Responsibilities
  • Leading and overseeing the development and delivery of the day-to-day work for specific client(s)
  • Understanding clients' needs, business, and goals to develop strong relationships
  • Representing DEPT® to clients and adding value to relationships
  • Ensuring all client requests and deliverables are delivered on brief and to the highest standard
  • Anticipating opportunities and challenges and planning accordingly
  • Inspiring the team and earning the trust and respect of clients and team
  • Developing and maintaining recurring client status reports
  • Driving active engagement on client calls and fielding questions on behalf of the team
  • Becoming an expert in the clients' landscape and needs
  • Managing, monitoring, and reconciling client out-of-pocket funds
  • Identifying inefficiencies with the team to Account Lead
  • Developing accurate and fair cost estimates for lower complex projects
  • Engaging in discussions about budget adjustments and strategic investments
  • Contributing to the development of strategies and approaches to briefs
  • Effectively communicating distilled, concise and clear feedback
  • Setting clear expectations internally and externally
  • Drawing conclusions and actionable insights from analysis
  • Identifying, collaborating, and troubleshooting problems with other disciplines
  • Leading day-to-day tasks with autonomy
  • Making informed decisions quickly in response to client needs
  • Dissecting problems and determining effective courses of action
  • Balancing risk and opportunity when proposing solutions
