Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing and/or equivalent industry experience
  • 6+ years professional experience – minimum of 3 years in digital media, client services or programmatic experience (ATD, SSP, DSP, DMP, Ad Network, Client-side, etc.)
  • At least 4+ years of client-facing experience required
  • Knowledge of programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSP platforms, ad servers, data providers, viewability and brand safety, attribution and measurement partners, campaign tactics, etc.)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) and excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in performance advertising, programmatic deal troubleshooting, problem-solving and an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to build strong relationship with clients, understand their business objectives and recommend the best strategies for implementing solutions
  • Proficient in Excel and ability to utilize large data sets to build insights and strategy recommendations
  • Experience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the day-to-day relationship manager for campaign strategy, execution and performance
  • Effectively utilize data and insights to make campaign optimizations and product recommendations to exceed clients’ KPI goals, drive renewals and growth
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with brand and agency clients to focus on ensuring client retention and satisfaction
  • Drive ongoing internal operational efficiencies and platform performance through process optimization and feedback to stakeholders (Product, Engineering and Data Science)
  • Support sales staff in all client-related activities, such as onboarding, education and training, business reviews and planning.
