Responsibilities
  • Takes care of guests from their arrival through to their departure, ensures check in and check out are done with accuracy and efficiency
  • Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay
  • Looking after guests’ reservations
  • Taking care of the guests in our restaurant and bar
  • Helps meet the department's quantitative and qualitative objectives
  • Promotes the hotel's offer and helps to meet the department's quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts
  • Look after breakfast, restaurant and bar
  • Implements brand and Group projects and identity features
  • Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration
  • Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible
  • Conveys a good hotel image
  • Respects the reservation commitments in full
Desired Qualifications
  • Additional languages beyond English are a plus
  • Experience in hospitality or hotel industry is an asset
