  • 1+ year experience in Operations or Project Management, preferably at an advertising agency.

Responsibilities
  • Assists VP, Global Business Operations with tracking, follow up and delivery of Global Operations client deliverables.
  • Coordinates, facilitates and follows up on client requests.
  • Generates and distributes reports to Ops teams on client initiatives.
  • Maintains Global Ops status report and follow ups.
  • Provides support to Global Business Operations team on content development for presentations.
