Responsibilities
  • Be a core member of business development activities and client relationship management.
  • Accountability for near and long-term company financial goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Overarching leadership, wellbeing and development of distributed Client Service and Delivery teams in alignment with ustwo culture and values.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Be an executive sponsor for specific client projects and coach teams on converting opportunities into active work.
  • Promote a values-focused culture prioritizing people, diversity, equity and inclusion, and champion cross-discipline collaboration.
  • Mentor ustwobies and champion a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Attend networking events to create and leverage opportunities to build awareness of ustwo.
