  • Community college diploma or university degree preferably in business administration
  • 1 to 3 years of market research work experience
  • Ability to research and determine appropriate sources of information specifically pertaining to the real estate industry
  • Ability to conduct market research, interpret findings and provide suggestions on appropriate value for real estate properties
  • Ability to tailor information and prepare reports according to client requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat
  • Proficiency with geographic information systems software, an asset
  • Ability to learn new information systems quickly
Responsibilities
  • Compiles and maintains real estate market information and property data within databases
  • Conducts market research to understand and maintain awareness of current real estate market conditions and trends
  • Compiles real estate market reports and tailors real estate market information and property information reports according to client needs
  • Researches real estate properties and market information, including leasing, property values and other related data
  • Coordinate and complete ad hoc requests
  • Establish key contacts in the real estate industry
  • Other duties as assigned
