  • Assist with resumes, applications, interviews, and job offer paperwork
  • Maintain accurate case files and notes for program participants
  • Develop contacts with new employers and maintain existing relationships
  • Collaborate with other team members to address barriers to self-sufficiency
  • Coordinate with church and volunteer staff to meet client needs
  • Attend department and office-wide meetings
