Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in the area of specialty is typically required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the field or a related area is typically required.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware systems and solutions, enterprise infrastructure, hardware and software implementation and design, and systems performance monitoring.
  • Ability to work on-site in Salem, Oregon.
Responsibilities
  • Help determine the strategic and operational direction pursued by the Oregon Health Authority and Oregon Department of Human Services in selecting, designing, and implementing complex enterprise solutions.
  • Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives.
  • Participate in assessing the current environment configuration for both agencies.
  • Work with existing staff to develop long-term operational support activities for Oracle Fusion Middleware systems and solutions.
  • Assess solutions and services.
  • Establish support requirements.
  • Create a technology roadmap that includes an enterprise service registry.
  • Plan and engineer organizational systems infrastructure.
  • Implement and design hardware and software.
  • Monitor systems performance.
