Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Manage fixed-asset resources, including purchases, write-offs, replacements, annual checks, and relocations.
  • Perform staffing administration tasks related to attendance reviews, job descriptions, and performance evaluations.
  • Administer system access and identification management, record retention, and subscriptions.
  • Support daily operations, including invoice payments, expenditure tracking, requests for information, and event assistance.
  • Coordinate and facilitate third-party vendor onboarding, exits, ongoing monitoring, and related requests.
  • Help prepare reports as needed and participate in special projects and other assigned duties.
  • Support ad hoc projects that facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bilingual ability in English and Mandarin.
