Responsibilities
  • Craft strategies and drive implementation of lifecycle marketing programs that support our users and increase engagement through email and in-product channels
  • Foster a deep understanding and interest in our users, their behavior, and what they value, and leverage that knowledge to create effective campaigns and customer experiences
  • Partner with Product, Growth, CX, and other teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution of campaigns
  • Deliver measurable business impact and lift in key performance indicators across channel-oriented metrics
  • Consistently measure, report, and educate Leadership and cross-functional teams on Lifecycle's roadmap, campaign performance, and strategy as needed
  • Inspire and help guide a team of high-performing lifecycle marketers by modeling a team-first attitude and other desired behaviors according to Crunchbase values
