Requirements
  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 or more years of experience leading a team of Computer Vision or Machine Learning engineers.
  • At least 5 years of experience in building ML datasets, data pipelines and serving architecture.
  • Creating a culture of developing high quality models, tests and regressions
  • Strong knowledge of Modern C++ and Python.
  • Experience building, maintaining and improving production code.
Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of highly qualified and talented Machine Learning and Computer Vision engineers working on Dexterity’s computer vision and data analysis initiatives.
  • Understanding current products and future requirements to augment products with expertise.
  • Creating CV models, large training sets, and robust regression pipelines.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest research papers in semantic segmentation and instance segmentation and implementing them using platforms like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Overseeing the overall architecture and leading development of models, identifying additional opportunities throughout the system that can be solved with machine learning.
  • Supervising the end-to-end process of gathering and augmenting data, creating balanced training/validation/regression sets, studying model performance, and optimizing quality.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, Azure etc. and experience using this infrastructure to create training and serving pipelines.
