Requirements

  • Coach and train sales associates to strengthen their skills and improve individual and team performance.
  • Monitor market trends to competitively price vehicles and adjust inventory strategies accordingly.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, presenting data and recommendations to dealership leadership.
