Arbor Homes builds new homes and neighborhoods in Central Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. It designs and constructs houses that are offered at affordable prices, with communities ranging from standard to low-maintenance options. The company expanded its reach by founding Silverthorne Homes for luxury move-up homes and by acquiring Elite Homes, then joining Clayton Properties Group to broaden its footprint. Through these efforts, Arbor Homes aims to increase home ownership by delivering high-quality homes at good value.
