  • 7+ years of experience in strategic consulting, with a focus on data strategy, AI, and marketing transformation.
  • Demonstrated success leading and delivering data-driven projects and strategic programs that drive measurable business outcomes and client growth.
  • Proven expertise in leveraging customer data (1P, 2P, 3P) to enable marketing innovation and organizational adoption.
  • Strong experience in data-driven marketing, including campaign development, measurement, and optimization.
  • Proven sales and business development support experience, contributing to proposals, developing scope, roadmap and drafting solutions based on client requirements, e.g. sales experience in a consulting context (proposals, pitches, solutioning)
  • Working knowledge of the Martech and Adtech ecosystem, including Customer Data Platforms, cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake), and journey orchestration & measurement tools.
  • Expertise in translating business challenges into data and AI strategies and actionable solutions.
  • Experience designing and supporting the implementation of "data-driven" decision-making processes and understanding their business implications using quantitative and analytical skills, ideally supplemented with knowledge of data monetization and data value generation models
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and intercultural teams, with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and Deliver Data and AI strategy consulting engagements, delivering impactful, best-in-class solutions that establish a future-ready data, tech and insights foundation for digital and marketing transformation.
  • Assess & analyze our clients’ key business priorities and related data & martech capabilities to guide them on their journey to higher customer data, intelligence & marketing maturity, that integrates marketing technologies with advanced data, identity & intelligence capabilities to drive business growth.
  • Develop strategic thinking and tailored, actionable recommendations leveraging best practices in customer data, AI, and analytics through a state-of-the-art martech stack, including:
  • Strategic use of Customer Data Platforms and data management tools.
  • Deployment of AI and analytics capabilities for marketing and business impact.
  • Ensuring data quality and governance frameworks are implemented effectively.
  • Designing scalable identity strategies and consent/preference management.
  • Enabling activation through data clean rooms, measurement, and attribution.
  • Deliver clear findings in professional deliverables, including prioritized use cases, gap analyses, solution architectures, future state designs, and actionable roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data strategists, analysts, experience experts, and technical specialists, as well as partners' SMEs and solution architects.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge and relevant to client needs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Media and AdTech, with a strong grasp of how these align with AI and data-driven marketing approaches.
  • Knowledge of experimentation and digital maturity frameworks.
  • Familiarity with machine learning, statistics, or empirical economics, marketing Analytics (Adobe/Google Analytics) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Understanding of digital touchpoint data (e.g., cookies, device IDs) and its implications for customer data strategies.
  • A quantitative background in fields such as Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
