Responsibilities
  • Translate the top-down corporate strategy and milestones into detailed product roadmaps, timelines and deliverables
  • Work with all leaders of the group to manage and align technical roadmaps and work with the individual teams on executing them
  • Work closely with internal customers to prioritize the groups' work on their demands
  • Partner closely with the group leadership to define a vision, strategy and roadmap for the suite of tools and services
  • Drive the development of solutions by clearly articulating the problem space and empowering engineering to design and implement innovative solutions
  • Be the voice of your internal customers and represent their needs, wants, and pain-points across Autonomy
  • Work with your team/cross-functional departments to optimize processes to accelerate Torc’s go-to-market strategy
  • Identify and mitigate risks and unblock project execution by proactively managing cross-functional dependencies
