Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple time zones
  • Manage travel and expense report coordination & submission
  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
  • Assist with office management in San Francisco including guest access, team rooms, meetings, etc.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to provide support to the organization, and with other executive assistants on collaborative C-suite projects
  • Document writing & editing
  • Register principals for conferences and coordinate with PR team on external requests
