Requirements
  • A high-school diploma or GED is required.
  • Prior retail experience and familiarity with basic merchandising concepts are preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction for assigned clients by identifying customer needs and delivering and stocking products while maintaining the assigned points of sale and equipment.
  • Merchandise products according to store layouts and planogram designs, roll out promotions, obtain and report customer feedback, maintain inventory levels, count and record inventory, follow ordering and inventory-rotation protocols, restock shelves, coolers, and vending spirals, and collect out-of-date, rejected, or unsold merchandise.
  • Review inventory requirements, load and unload products safely, drive to points of sale to deliver merchandise, and communicate with management about routes and recommended scheduling changes.
  • Collect money from kiosks and vending machines, replace bill changers, refill coin tubes using a handheld or similar device, follow cash-handling and loss-prevention protocols, record transactions, and report unusual or potentially concerning activity.
  • Handle and refrigerate perishable items properly during transit and stocking, maintain appropriate cooler temperatures, and clean vending machines, coffee machines, microwaves, coolers, racks, shelves, tables, countertops, floors, windows, stores, and vending units.
  • Greet clients and customers professionally, address questions or concerns, provide product and solution suggestions, and offer feedback to improve route efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Teach customers to use machines and kiosks, perform minor repairs and adjustments such as removing bent coins and jammed products and replacing display lights, and report complex machine issues to Service Central.
  • Complete additional projects and assignments as assigned.
