Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Work with LN’s Legal & Regulatory team to ensure all data collected and used for Market Sensing & Competitive Analysis is compliant with our policies.
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive AI-First competitive intelligence motion (based on publicly available sources) across all Protégé target markets, segments, products and technologies.
  • Rapidly assess and combine all available internal intelligence sources and establish a network of contributors and cadence updates to ensure currency of content.
  • Focus specifically on competitive positioning and evolution of AI-native legal tools that compete directly or indirectly with Lexis Protégé.
  • Leveraging public sources, track competitors’ product launches, AI advancements, commercial strategies, recruitment, partnerships, acquisitions, and go-to-market shifts to identify where competitors are attempting to win.
  • Spot emerging trends early and elevate clear calls to action that enable LexisNexis to move ahead of competitors or respond quickly to market developments.
  • Build and maintain strong networks with senior players across the legal market to generate advanced insight and strengthen early-warning intelligence capabilities.
  • Attend and speak at market conferences
  • Create and proactively maintain a central AI enabled “intelligence” repository leveraging both internal and publicly available external sources to provide “One Truth” industry insight for the business.
  • Be a public figurehead for LexisNexis within our chosen markets and segments.
  • Establish, in concert with Global Protégé Product Marketing, a rapid response capability for major competitive moves, product launches, and market shifts.
  • Deliver timely analysis and position guidance to Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams following significant competitor announcements or market developments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional response playbooks addressing:
  • Competitive product launches
  • AI capability announcements
  • Strategic partnerships and acquisitions
  • Competitive market messaging, including response frameworks and message libraries aligned to claims and positioning from players such as Harvey, Legora, and Thomson Reuters.
  • Maintain an always-on market sensing capability that enables LexisNexis to anticipate and respond to competitive threats and opportunities ahead of the market.
  • Lead development of competitive positioning frameworks that clearly articulate Lexis Protégé’s workflow advantage in the evolving legal AI ecosystem.
  • Ensure new capabilities launch with strong market differentiation, clear value articulation, and competitive awareness.
  • Drive stronger market messaging around LexisNexis testing, adoption, and deployment of LLM technology, ensuring the organization communicates its progress with greater quality, quantity, and market impact.
  • Help shape the external market narrative around how AI is transforming legal work and where LexisNexis leads that transformation.
  • This role will be a key protagonist in elevating the quality, quantity, and impact of LexisNexis’ market messaging.

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is expanding its integration with Epic's Connection Hub to offer additional identity verification capabilities for healthcare providers. The integration will allow US hospitals using Epic to implement various identity verification solutions that work seamlessly with Epic MyChart patient portals. The expanded suite includes LexisNexis ThreatMetrix, Instant Verify, Flex ID, Phone Finder and One Time Password.
