- Oversee daily residency accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
- Monitor the financial system, identify errors, and make necessary corrections.
- Oversee residency time-entry and leave processes, including overtime pay and compliance.
- Monitor operational accounts-receivable projects and ensure timely billing.
- Ensure cash receipts are appropriately documented and submitted to the District Fiscal Office.
- Compile and enter travel reimbursement information for area headquarters personnel as necessary.
- Oversee residency-wide procurement operations to ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and policies.
- Guide residency staff through the procurement process and standardize procurement across the residency, including use of mandated sources.
- Monitor use of the State Procurement Card Card to ensure appropriate use and compliance.
- Prepare requisitions and purchase orders for residency and area headquarters material requirements.
- Provide direction, consultation, training, assistance and guidance to area headquarters and residency staff on residency business functions.
- A combination of training, experience, or education in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
