Responsibilities
  • coordinate and support the implementation of the go-to-market strategy for new products (hardware and software) as well as updates and upgrades with the relevant stakeholders from the respective business unit, technical application, new customer segments marketing, sales, service, etc. according to strategic priorities
  • support constant communication and drive awareness for all product lines within the responsible business unit based on a yearly communication plan
  • collaborate closely with the product and application Marketing teams as well as other members of the marketing organization to drive successful marketing campaigns
  • support in rolling-out global product marketing campaigns with a high customer-centric approach and create a toolbox for global ZEISS Sales and Service Centers as well as other sales channels (partners, e-shop, etc.)
  • create industry-leading marketing assets and campaigns with strong focus on the company’s strategic customer segments to ensure application-driven communication across all product lines
  • upload assets to the central data management system and coordinate the product marketing campaign across the different digital marketing channels
  • work closely together with the marketing colleagues, product management, technical application and sales teams globally to develop customer-centric communication assets and market-centric campaigns
  • actively support the internal implementation of a customer-centric approach into the marketing organization
  • work closely together with the national and international Marketing team to improve and make processes and workflows more efficient
Desired Qualifications
  • first experience (a minimum of 1-2 years) in product marketing of technical products preferred with basic experience in designing and implementing product launches and customer-centric marketing campaigns
  • experience in successfully introducing new products in global & local B2B markets
  • basic experience in using the Adobe Creative Suite and other Marketing tools preferred
  • good skills in creating catching content with clear messaging matching the ZEISS brand guidelines
  • good organizational skills with ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects
  • distinctive hands-on mentality as well as self-confident independent working style
  • strong team spirit and open communication capabilities paired with creativity
  • business English and German fluently written and spoken
