Web Designer

The everyday hustle:

• Works cross-functionally to develop design systems consistent with user needs and brand identity
• Designs and delivers visual mockups, layouts, and specifications for a site/application's look and feel (color, shape, typography, etc.).
• Collaborates with development teams to ensure specifications are understood and implemented.
• Create digital assets (static, video, etc.) for a range of platforms (web, social, display advertising, etc.)
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Brainstorm and develop unique, on-brand design concepts for campaigns, projects, and events.
• Take feedback constructively and make necessary revisions to designs in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visuals fresh and engaging.
• Assist with the creation and editing of product demo, branding and explainer animations
• Partner with video team to design animated production graphics to be used in video productions (bumpers, lower thirds, transitions, overlaying graphics, etc.)

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a web design role
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma.
• Solid knowledge of visual design principles, current design trends, UI best practices
• Strong portfolio of digital design work that showcases breadth of experience, creativity, and a modern aesthetic
• Exceptional collaboration, organizational, time management, and communication skills
• The ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a quickly changing environment
