About the Role

• Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions, including acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair and nail disorders, and skin cancer.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures.
• Provide personalized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals.
• Step into an established patient base while continuing to grow your own panel.
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice.
• Develop leadership and practice management responsibilities as you progress toward partnership.
• Genuine opportunity to grow into a partner/owner role within the practice.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist, MD or DO.
• Active California medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Interest in a long-term opportunity with openness to partnership/ownership.
• Comfort managing a full-scope medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership potential, and a patient-first mindset.
• Business-minded approach and interest in contributing to practice growth.
• Collaborative team player who is excited to build on an established practice.
