Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in life sciences or food & beverage industries
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Expertise in project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
  • Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements is a plus
  • Candidates must be willing to travel to project sites around Columbus, Lexington, Indianapolis, Cleveland, and Louisville
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects in regulated environments
  • Act as the primary liaison between CRB, clients, contractors, and vendors
  • Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded through proactive communication and problem-solving
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and CRB quality requirements
  • Mentor and support junior project managers and team members
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
