Requirements
  • Hands-on integration and configuration experience wiring a product to external systems via application programming interfaces, webhooks, or configuration tools and validating it end-to-end.
  • Comfort reproducing issues, reading logs, and isolating configuration problems from product bugs.
  • Experience delivering customer training or enablement, ideally to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience running an implementation kickoff-to-go-live timeline and owning its stakeholders.
  • Ability to validate and verify data across systems, including confirming that records, statuses, or availability synchronize correctly.
  • Familiarity with several of the following helpful areas: SaaS implementation and deployment methodology; APIs and integration patterns; automotive retail or fixed-ops operations; dealer management and scheduling systems; data structures and validation concepts; support and escalation processes; change management or adoption principles; and security and compliance basics such as PII handling and call-recording consent.
Responsibilities
  • Own dealer implementations end-to-end from kickoff through go-live and early hypercare.
  • Configure solutions for each dealership by translating service-drive workflows and technology stacks into product configuration through structured discovery and collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Validate that customer, availability, recall, and repair-order data flow correctly across systems before go-live.
  • Train non-technical dealership staff to full adoption and manage the change process.
  • Run implementations as projects by owning timelines, stakeholders, and go-live dates.
  • Troubleshoot live issues by reproducing problems, reading logs, distinguishing configuration problems from product bugs, and writing clear reproduction steps.
  • Determine which issues to fix directly versus escalate, and package escalations clearly for engineering.
  • Write repeatable runbooks and standard operating procedures for future dealerships and the support team taking over steady-state operations.
  • Route specific on-site feedback reliably back to the product team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Discovery and workflow-mapping experience translating a customer's process into product configuration.
  • Issue triage and escalation experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Light scripting or SQL for querying data or scripting quick validations.
  • Experience writing runbooks, standard operating procedures, or setup documentation for handoff to a support team.
