  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical changes to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating with information technology partners.
Responsibilities
  • Own all declarative Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, validation rules, flows, page layouts, and approval processes.

  • Complete a full Salesforce configuration audit, document the current state, map integrations, and identify the top ten data-quality or governance risks during the first 90 days.
  • Deliver at least two meaningful improvements, such as access-control cleanup, a deduplication rule, or a flow replacing a manual process, during the first 90 days.
  • Establish a weekly release cadence with a change log and stakeholder communications template during the first 90 days.
  • Build working relationships with Revenue Operations and information technology and clarify ownership and decision-making paths during the first 90 days.
  • Own a prioritized six-month improvement backlog reviewed and approved by Revenue Operations leadership.
Desired Qualifications
  • Gong administration experience.
  • A background in Business Systems or information technology roles crossing over into customer relationship management or Revenue Operations administration.
  • Experience supporting sales organizations of more than 50 people at a company in a similar growth phase.
  • Familiarity with General Data Protection Regulation and California Consumer Privacy Act data-governance requirements within Salesforce.
  • Experience auditing and rationalizing an over-customized Revenue Operations technology stack.

LucidLink provides cloud storage and real-time collaboration as a SaaS service. It lets remote teams access and stream files instantly from any object storage and on any OS, so projects feel like everyone is in the same room. Data is protected by a Zero-Knowledge model, meaning only the user can read their files. Unlike traditional storage that requires local downloads or hardware, LucidLink removes hardware needs and enables on-demand access, improving speed for creative teams such as video and design crews. The company differentiates itself with real-time streaming across platforms, broad OS support, and strong data privacy, targeting the growing demand for remote work. Its goal is to help teams work faster and more securely, growing through a subscription SaaS model, as evidenced by its $75M Series C funding and demonstrated time savings for clients.

Post a press release.

Post a press release. Tuesday, July 07, 2026 San Francisco, CA LucidLink, a leader in cloud-based file services for content creators, today announced an enhanced workflow integration between LucidLink and Adobe Frame.io that gives globally distributed production teams unified access to their Frame.io projects and supporting production media in separate cloud storage environments. By extending the Frame.io ecosystem, LucidLink provides a complete production workflow where editors and producers can access their Frame.io assets alongside all supporting production media - including B-roll, audio, graphics and archives - all within a unified LucidLink filespace. The new Frame.io integration is detailed in the LucidLink blog and product page published today. Powered by LucidLink Connect, files stored in cloud environments like Microsoft SharePoint, Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, Amazon S3 and more appear instantly for the editor. There is no data migration, downloads or file duplication required, and existing cloud storage systems remain unchanged. This approach extends LucidLink's file streaming technology to assets outside Frame.io, bringing local, real-time performance to the rest of the production workflow. Creative teams can collaborate in Frame.io while maintaining a single, real-time source of truth across the rest of the production toolchain, providing a true Camera-to-Timeline experience. "Creative teams don't work in a single application anymore. They move across NLEs, MAMs, review and approval tools and VFX platforms," said Peter Thompson, CEO, LucidLink. "Our integration with Adobe Frame.io means customers can enjoy an exceptional review and collaboration experience, while LucidLink provides the persistent, tool-agnostic storage layer behind it. You get the best of both worlds: a seamless Frame.io workflow and a cloud filespace that serves every other tool in the production." As more vendors introduce their own integrated storage options, many media organizations are re-evaluating how to architect their workflows. While application-specific storage can simplify narrow use cases, it often creates silos when content needs to move beyond a single platform. LucidLink Connect addresses this challenge by acting as an enterprise-grade access layer across the entire production workflow. Content being reviewed and approved in Frame.io can simultaneously be used by other tools, such as NLEs, finishing systems, MAMs or AI services, without additional exports, syncs or manual handoffs. Key benefits of the LucidLink and Adobe Frame.io integration include: - Immediate Camera-to-Timeline workflows: footage uploaded to Frame.io instantly appears on the editor's timeline. Teams move seamlessly from ingest to real-time editing without waiting for file transfers or exports. - Everything in one place: editors no longer hunt for assets across separate systems. B-roll, audio and graphics from SharePoint, Dropbox, or Amazon S3 exist alongside Frame.io media in a single, tool-agnostic LucidLink filespace. - Zero file movement or duplication: keep data exactly where it lives. LucidLink eliminates redundant export-and-reimport cycles, saving massive amounts of egress costs, administrative overhead and duplicate file transfers. - Enterprise-ready orchestration: built for IT and media infrastructure teams to automate asset access and scale global pipelines securely without additional infrastructure, data duplication, or complex migrations. "Over the years, Adobe and LucidLink have teamed up to help organizations like Brut, Casual and Minute Media, plus hundreds of other joint customers, do their best work. That success continuously informs our roadmap," said Peter Thompson, CEO, LucidLink. "This integration isn't about choosing one storage option over another. It gives customers the flexibility to design workflows that match the way they actually work. LucidLink Connect provides a neutral, high-performance storage layer that lets Adobe Frame.io shine at what it does best, while ensuring assets are always ready for the next stage in production." From high-end episodic and feature projects to live sports and fast-turn social content, organizations are increasingly relying on hybrid and fully remote teams. The LucidLink and Adobe Frame.io integration supports: - Media & entertainment studios and broadcasters delivering premium content on tight deadlines with globally distributed teams. - Sports and live event producers who need to ingest, log and cut highlights from the field while collaborating with centralized teams. - Brand, agency and in-house creative teams running always-on campaigns and multi-channel content programs. - Enterprise video teams producing internal and external content at scale. About LucidLink LucidLink is the cloud-native file streaming platform for instant, secure access to large files anywhere. By streaming data on demand, LucidLink gives teams and tools immediate access to huge or complex filesets, without the need for downloads, syncing or VPNs. Teams work together in real time from a single, always-up-to-date cloud filespace across desktop, web and mobile. Zero-knowledge security and enterprise-grade access controls keep every project protected without slowing anyone down. Leading brands including Paramount, Shopify and Adobe - plus thousands of teams worldwide - rely on LucidLink to move faster, cut operational overhead and collaborate smoothly across locations. LucidLink redefines cloud media workflows at MPTS 2026.

LucidLink redefines cloud media workflows at MPTS 2026. 05/05/2026 LucidLink today announced its programme for MPTS 2026, where it will exhibit at Stand M59 at Olympia London, 13 to 14 May. The company will showcase its latest innovations in cloud file streaming, including LucidLink Connect, alongside key capabilities introduced at NAB, with live demonstrations and industry sessions across the show. Media organizations need to move faster without re-engineering their entire infrastructure, said Rupert Watson, Vice President of GTM, EMEA, LucidLink. At MPTS, we are showing how teams can unify access across all their storage and work with content in real time, whether it's live ingest, archive or production, without migration, duplication or delay. LucidLink Connect Access Without Migration LucidLink Connect enables teams to access and stream content directly from existing storage environments, including S3 compatible object storage, Adobe Frame.io, Google Drive, Dropbox and SharePoint, without migration or duplication. Content remains in place while teams access it through a unified LucidLink filespace. For customers looking to leverage LucidLink Connect with existing data in AWS and AWS S3, its available in AWS Marketplace. For broadcasters and production teams, this brings live ingest, deep archive and production content into a single workspace. Bridging the Gap Between Cloud Ingest and Creative Workflows with TAMS TAMS (time addressable media store) is moving from research to real world deployment, changing how media is ingested and stored. But while ingest becomes cloud native, most creative tools still depend on file-based access. This creates a critical gap between ingest and edit. LucidLink Connect closes that gap. By attaching directly to TAMS-managed object storage and presenting it as a standard filespace, editors can open and work with growing media in real time using Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer and DaVinci Resolve, with no transfers, no proxies and no workflow changes. This enables teams to adopt TAMS without disrupting how content is actually created. LucidLink will explore this further during the session TAMS in Practice Adoption Challenges and What Comes Next at MPTS, examining how broadcasters are addressing the disconnect between cloud ingest infrastructure and downstream creative workflows. Live Demonstrations on the LucidLink Stand At MPTS, LucidLink will showcase a full range of capabilities introduced at NAB Show in April, demonstrating how modern media workflows can be built without moving data. Visitors to Stand M59 will experience: LucidLink Connect unifying access across cloud and on premise storage Real time workflows bridging cloud ingest and editorial tools TeamCache, delivering cloud performance at local network speeds The LucidLink Developer Platform, including APIs and SDK for unique enterprise, automation, integration and AI use cases. Together, these capabilities demonstrate how organizations can connect distributed storage, streamline workflows and enable instant collaboration at scale. Speaking Sessions TAMS in Practice Adoption Challenges and What Comes Next Post Production Theatre 14 May, 2026 - 12:00 12:40 This panel will examine real world adoption of time addressable media and how the gap between ingest infrastructure and creative tooling is being closed. Speakers include: Robin Figueirado, Senior Customer Solutions Manager at Amazon Web Services Dave Travis, Group Director of Content Broadcast and Platforms at Sky Georgina Shippey, Software Engineer in the BBC Cloudfit team Future Proofing Media Infrastructure Navigating Cloud OnPrem and the Space Between Post Production Theatre 13 May 2026 - 15:20 15:50 Rupert Watson, Senior Director of Sales, EMEA at LucidLink, joins Digital Garage and industry leaders to discuss how broadcasters are balancing cloud and on-premise infrastructure while enabling scalable, real time production workflows. Cloud Powered Global Sports Production Lessons from Golf and Cricket Broadcast Technology Theatre 14 May, 2026 - 12:00 12:30 This is a behind the scenes discussion on how cloud technology is transforming global sports production workflows. Speakers include: James Przygrodzki, Post Production Technologist at Sky Post Production Emma Self, Senior Associate Producer at Sky Sport Golf Steve Wakeford, Producer Editor and Founder of Everyfield Films Full session details at www.mpts.london/2026-seminar-programme Partner Ecosystem LucidLink's presence at MPTS is supported by its partner network. Jigsaw24, a long standing LucidLink partner, will host dedicated demo pods on its stand. The combined solution of LucidLink, Embrace and Iconik through the AWS Business Outcomes Xcelerator (BOX) program will be on display including as well as standalone LucidLink demonstrations. Advanced Systems Group LLC ASG is collaborating with LucidLink as part of its expansion into EMEA, marking an early step in bringing LucidLink solutions to customers across the UK and European market. Join LucidLink at MPTS Visit Stand M59 for live demonstrations, attend sessions or explore partner showcases across the show floor. XenData launches backup, archive and cloud-connect products for LucidLink

XenData, a data storage solutions provider, has announced three products enhancing LucidLink functionality: Backup for LucidLink, Archive for LucidLink and Cloud-Connect for LucidLink. All three run on Windows platforms, typically cloud-based virtual machines. Backup for LucidLink synchronises content to separate storage locations including AWS, Azure, Seagate Lyve or Wasabi datacentres. Archive for LucidLink enables administrators to move files from LucidLink Filespaces to public cloud object storage, with a web portal displaying previews of archived video and image files. Cloud-Connect for LucidLink allows files from existing AWS and Azure object storage to be added to LucidLink Filespaces. The products will be demonstrated at NAB 2026 in Las Vegas from 19-22 April on XenData's booth.
