- Coordinate and schedule health center staff.
- Ensure adequate staffing coverage for the health center, manage call-outs, and maintain shift coverage to meet mandatory facility staffing ratios.
- Review staff time-off requests and communicate with staff regarding accommodations.
- Post employee schedules at least biweekly.
- Communicate employee status changes to the Director of Nursing and Human Resources as needed.
- Assist nurse management with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Track staff attendance and inform management about excessive tardiness or absences.
- Update timecards with applicable corrections and ensure timecard exception forms are completed in compliance.
- Approve the biweekly timecard process for payroll.
- Fill in for open caregiver shifts when required.
