Responsibilities
  • Management of activities such as OKR (Objectives & Key Results) drafting, tracking and communication, internal travel approvals/budgets, implementation acceleration tracking, training plans, and other EVP/SVP support activities (as assigned)
  • Oversight over the development and ongoing maintenance of collateral in support of Alpha Services – Alpha Professional Services (APS), Alpha Services Product and Alpha Data Services (ADS)
  • Lead the development and ongoing management of materials, presentations, and other collateral support of Alpha Services regularly scheduled meetings and ad-hoc requests
  • Planning and management of client advisory board (CAB), pre-CAB preparatory activities, post-CAB summaries and follow-up and coordination with other groups/teams/functions, as required
  • Manage a range of strategic initiatives and partner with Corporate Groups and BU representatives where required in support of firmwide initiatives, policies and systems
  • Develop and manage a small team to support business administration activities as described
