Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience with supply chain forecasting.
  • At least 4 years of experience interpreting bills of materials.
  • At least 4 years of experience with an industry enterprise resource planning system or an equivalent such as SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products).
  • At least 2 years of experience handling chemicals and/or hazardous materials.
  • Candidates must satisfy the company's Conflict of Interest assessment process.
  • A U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required for U.S. export control compliance; eligible categories include U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the site subject matter expert for the chemical process and HazTrax.
  • Interface with warehouse, functional, program, and production teams through the site HazTrax process.
  • Conduct regular chemical inventory audits in production and warehouse areas.
  • Coordinate HazTrax materials with Enterprise GOLD, MESci, and Ariba business systems.
  • Support the business process guide for HazTrax changes, planning, and execution.
  • Serve as the enterprise HazTrax team point of contact and chemical STE risk coordinator.
  • Engage the enterprise HazTrax team to resolve systemic HazTrax issues.
  • Coordinate with and support production-area chemical champions.
  • Coordinate with and advise site leadership on chemical-management process improvements.
  • Coordinate with supplier management regarding chemical-delivery timeliness.
  • Coordinate with Environmental, Health, and Safety on applicable HazCom and Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines.
  • Develop chemical-usage and risk reports for site leadership.
  • Guide integrated product design/build teams by independently representing Supply Chain Management plans and strategies to reach optimal solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in introducing new tools and techniques.
  • Present performance-measurement analyses to senior managers.
  • Investigate complex ordering conditions.
  • Develop and implement new ordering methodologies.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with inventory-management policies, contractual requirements, and governmental regulations.
  • Create complex schedules.
  • Develop materials-management estimates and schedules for new business proposals.
  • Identify, analyze, develop, and implement best practices, processes, and procedures for Supply Chain Management.
  • Recommend changes to new or existing corporate and divisional policies.
  • Lead teams and oversee, document, implement, and maintain the improvements they contribute.
  • Work under minimal direction.

In defence, the US Navy MQ-25A Stingray and Air Force T-7A Red Hawk both achieved Milestone C, clearing them for low-rate initial production. Boeing also signed agreements with Polish entities to support maintenance of Poland's AH-64E Apache helicopter fleet.

Archer Aviation acquires three Boeing businesses for 19.75% stake in exchange

Archer Aviation has agreed to acquire three Boeing businesses — Wisk Aero, Insitu, and SkyGrid — in exchange for newly issued Archer stock. When the deal closes, Boeing will receive a 19.75% stake in Archer's Class A shares. The acquisition significantly bolsters Archer's defense business. Insitu, a military-drone company, generates over $200 million in annual revenue, compared to Archer's $300,000 in 2025. Wisk has completed more than 1,700 eVTOL flight tests, whilst SkyGrid provides air traffic management.
