The Deals Enablement Contract Manager is responsible for working with our Sales, Alliances, and Legal teams on various agreements, as well as being customer and prospect-facing. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Deals Enablement Contract Manager in supporting the end-to-end contracting process at Agiloft using our CLM Solution. This role reports to the VP of Deals Enablement and the Deals Enablement team is part of our growing Legal team.

Job Responsibilities
- With our Senior Contract Manager, support our contract processes and workflows from end-to-end, including by:
- Using our Agiloft CLM Solution to track contract status, deadlines, reviews, etc.;
- Facilitating Legal review and review by other relevant teams as needed including Finance, IT, etc.;
- Managing approval processes;
- Identifying areas for improvement and helping to drive improvements to closure;
- Maintaining the contract repository with accurate tracking of obligations and non-standard terms;
- Partnering with Sales and Alliances to streamline agreement review and processing; and
- Providing regular detailed status reports to Sales, Alliances, and Professional Services.
- Help maintain and update our standard agreements, agreement playbooks, and internal documentation & training materials on our contract process.
- Review and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and other types of contracts and ancillary documents.
- Assist with agreement execution, order submission, and order review.
- Help with other contract-related matters as they arise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of direct experience in contract drafting, negotiating, and management at a B2B company
- Experience with a B2B company including SaaS (or XaaS) MSAs, PSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and other commercial agreements
- Experience maintaining a Deal Desk or other commercial contract repository and tracking contractual obligations
- Excellent project and task management skills and time management skills, allowing you to manage multiple deals and tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated and highly driven to produce results as a team member and individual contributor
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Deals Desk or other Sales contract management experience at a B2B SaaS (or XaaS) solution company
- Experience preference for Contract Lifecycle Management, Sourcing, Legal, or related business process products
The US base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $105,000 (excluding bonus, equity, and benefits). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
