  • Sales Discovery | Lead discovery calls beyond qualification & gain exposure into what steps to take to move a deal to the next stage
  • Account Landscape | Identify the multitude of people involved in an enterprise purchasing decision & unify everyone to accomplish the goal
  • Ecosystem Navigation | To prepare you for a quota carrying position, we will teach you how to navigate both Splunk's ecosystem and our customer's ecosystem. You will learn the landmarks that need to be achieved on both sides of the relationship to ensure a successful project
  • 3+ Years of demonstrated ability selling or creating pipeline for SaaS solutions
  • Intermediate level understanding of the customer buying process & sales skills preferred
  • Passionate desire to move up in other sales functions at Splunk
  • Enjoy connecting with new people & listening to their stories & projects
  • Calculated adventurous person who is not afraid to experiment quickly
  • Gets Results: Motivated by achievement; sets stretch targets and delivers outstanding results in dynamic conditions

Responsibilities
  • Progress & increase conversion rate on new deals by conducting discovery beyond qualification by making 60+ outbound calls a day
  • Analyze account signals to select the best client experience path
  • Lead our most valuable clients through the early stages of the buying cycle
