Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree required (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred)
  • 5-10 years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on internal communications, ideally within financial services or capital markets
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex topics clearly and quickly
  • Demonstrated expertise in internal digital platforms
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and work with stakeholders at all levels across an organization, including senior leadership
  • Entrepreneurial with robust project management to multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Responsibilities
  • Lead the firms internal communications strategy to ensure timely, clear, and consistent messaging across the organization
  • Advise senior leaders on internal communications for firmwide announcements and partner closely with Human Resources to support the firms employee engagement, talent acquisition and philanthropic objectives
  • Own and oversee content strategy, governance, and editorial standards for the new corporate intranet
  • Drive increased engagement and usability across internal channels through modern content, design, and digital best practices
  • Support communications around sensitive issues and reputational matters in close coordination with internal partners
  • Manage measurement and analysis of the firms internal communications activities
  • Provide support to broader corporate initiatives as part of high performing integrated communications and marketing function
