Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations, Legal, and Government Relations teams on financial and crisis communications.
  • Support the earnings process by creating messaging materials and preparing Q&A, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in partnership with Legal and Finance teams, and working with communication agencies to analyze media coverage and assess reputational risk and make recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain crisis communication response plans, protocols and tools, ensuring the organization is prepared to respond swiftly and effectively to any situation.
  • Prepare executives for media interactions, developing crisis communication plans, and driving improvements in communication strategies by staying updated on industry trends.
