Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations for B2B SaaS
  • An operational and problem solving mindset that facilitates scalability, predictability, and efficiency of marketing operations
  • A passion for data, metrics, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience designing, building, organizing, and executing successful automation campaigns
  • Strong project management skills that allow you to manage multiple work streams

Responsibilities
  • Focus on strategy, design, execution, and operations of lead management processes, marketing databases, and marketing automation solutions
  • Work directly with the marketing and operations teams to build and evolve GTM processes and systems to deliver actionable marketing insights
  • Examine the accuracy and timeliness of data, assess trends, and make recommendations to optimize performance
  • Define, manage, and provide reports and analyses on key performance metrics, including the ROI on marketing activities
  • Support marketing manager with hands-on assistance with building Marketo/SFDC programs, including email builds/sends, landing pages, list imports, segmentation, data enrichment for webinars, events, ABM, digital, etc
  • Partner with campaign managers and various stakeholders to design, build, and automate consistent reporting and dashboards supporting multi-channel campaigns (email, events, webinars, paid ads, ABM, organic, etc.) across various platforms
  • Work with internal and external partners to strategically configure our systems, e.g., CRM, data enrichment tools, to support marketing activities and goals, including ensuring end-to-end data quality
  • Document new and existing processes to enable the team to execute current and changing processes
  • Troubleshoot data errors, lead routing, quality, system workflow, and functionality issues, and platform inconsistencies as they arise, and implement both immediate and root cause problem resolutions
Desired Qualifications
  • A depth of knowledge of marketing tech stack tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData, Bizible, 6Sense, Google Analytics, and ZoomInfo. if you're familiar with Google Ads, Linkedin Campaign Manager, Microsoft Ads, Alyce Gifting
