Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the roadmap for new product development and product maintenance within our SageSure Personal Lines Portfolio.
  • Oversee the entire workflow, capacity management, sprint planning, and work forecast within the 'Product Factory.'
  • Plan, scope, and coordinate strategic and tactical projects aimed at enhancing our product offerings.
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings to ensure clarity on priorities, status, and schedules across the 'Product Factory', fostering collaboration between Product Analysis, Product Engineering, and Product Quality.
  • Identify potential impacts and facilitate cross-functional change management related to new products or modifications.
  • Execute comprehensive enterprise-wide product communications, coordinating weekly planning related to the SageSure’s Personal Lines Portfolio.
  • Provide process coaching for JIRA management and ticket workflow processes.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication within the organization regarding in-market issues.
  • Identify and proactively address delivery pain points across the 'Product Factory' and within Program Operations.
