  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and (2) years' experience in sales and/or the dental industry
  • OR High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and a minimum of (7) years of experience in sales and/or the dental industry
Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships
  • Drive sales growth through virtual sales, up sell, and cross sell strategically aligned products
  • Maintain a working sales plan with strategies and tactics to achieve annual sales forecasts
  • Demonstrate a proficient level of procedural and technical product knowledge
  • Work to attain sales quota, sales quality, and sales productivity metrics
  • Share best practices with the team to promote a positive team environment
  • Identify market trends and account needs to react to market activity
Desired Qualifications
  • One (1) or more years of outside sales and/or inside sales experience
  • Account management experience
  • Salesforce.com experience is desired
  • Skills include solution selling, listening skills, gain commitment
  • Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment - Creative problem-solving abilities are preferred
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to stay on tasks and maintain high productivity levels while working both in the office and remotely
