Requirements
  • 5+ years of architectural or design experience
  • A college degree in architecture, interior design or directly related field
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating built commercial interior design or architecture experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and visual
  • Be resourceful, innovative and proactive
  • Ability to work in a team environment, under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Autocad, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating built commercial interior design or architecture experience
Responsibilities
  • Programming of client/stakeholder needs - lead interviews, workshops, and organize key client/stakeholder feedback
  • Test fits and space planning, as well as conceptual design packages
  • Schematic design presentations and documentation
  • Design development documentation; including drawings, schedules, specifications, and custom details
  • Conduct detailed review and redlines of AEOR drawings and documentation
  • Construction administration - review and track design submittals, answer necessary RFI's, perform site walks to verify design intent and coordination
  • Consultant coordination and management
  • With the overall project team, responsible for the overall success of every project within their studio, including hitting all facets of schedule, budget and quality
