Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
  • Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel, Salesforce experience a plus
  • Comfortable with technology and passionate about bringing technology into the classroom
  • Customer service experience a plus
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for receiving and processing a large volume of complex order types and ensuring these payments are entered accurately
  • Maintain data entry requirements, ensure rates used in purchase orders are appropriate as agreed with sales team
  • Conduct weekly audits of processed orders to ensure accuracy of new revenue calculations
  • Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and communicate with customer purchasing departments for further processing of incomplete orders
  • Use Salesforce to record processed orders and communicate relevant information with sales, renewal, and customer success representatives
  • Calculate and compile order-related statistics, and prepare reports for management
