- Bachelor's Degree
- Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
- Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel, Salesforce experience a plus
- Comfortable with technology and passionate about bringing technology into the classroom
- Customer service experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving and processing a large volume of complex order types and ensuring these payments are entered accurately
- Maintain data entry requirements, ensure rates used in purchase orders are appropriate as agreed with sales team
- Conduct weekly audits of processed orders to ensure accuracy of new revenue calculations
- Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and communicate with customer purchasing departments for further processing of incomplete orders
- Use Salesforce to record processed orders and communicate relevant information with sales, renewal, and customer success representatives
- Calculate and compile order-related statistics, and prepare reports for management
