Requirements
  • High School diploma OR GED and a minimum of 4 years’ of relevant experience
  • Verify items and quantities on vendor pack list against physical items and quantities received
  • Working knowledge of MS Office preferred
  • Must be detailed oriented and have good communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with change

  • Must be willing to obtain and maintain a DoD Government Clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Compiles records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued.
  • Requisitions needed supplies; verifies material received to determine irregularities in order; inspects articles and rejects defective ones.
  • Prepares inventory records and reports and investigates discrepancies in stock counts.
  • Creates material movements in the Warehouse Management System to support inventory location accuracy and shipping efficiencies.
  • Issuing inventory and consumable items, posting of issues/returns to inventory management software.
  • Cycle count components and perform daily kit audits.
  • Responsible for keeping a neat, Clean, and organized workspace.
  • Responsible for reading all documents and historical data to make the process more efficient.
  • Responsible for handling materials and detailed data entry of items into systems.
