  • Bachelor’s degree or a related field
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the sports and/or entertainment industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization and community
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, service and resolution skills; outstanding telephone etiquette
  • Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment
  • Desire to learn; open to feedback
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
  • Actively pursue new business and decipher ways to acquire leads
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Contribute toward group ticket sales for Warriors basketball games and non-Warriors events at Chase Center
  • Make phone calls from provided lists to existing clients and target demographics to sell group tickets and programs
  • Maintain records of all group ticket customers
  • Provide memorable service to clients (current and new)
  • Attend majority of home games to service clients in attendance
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Chase Center is a premier sports and entertainment venue in San Francisco and the home arena for the Golden State Warriors. It hosts nearly 200 events a year, including basketball games, concerts, comedy shows, and community events, and it earns revenue from tickets, concessions, merchandise, premium seating, and partnerships. Thrive City surrounds the arena with dining, shopping, and community spaces that extend the visitor experience and create extra revenue, while an Insider program helps notify fans about upcoming events and offers. Its goal is to be a high-traffic, versatile destination that attracts a diverse mix of sports fans, concert-goers, and local residents and maximizes attendance and revenue.
