  • 4+ years of mechanical design experience is required
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant engineering degree
  • Hands-on work experience with CATIA v5 is required
  • Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written
Responsibilities
  • Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings of engine components and tooling using CATIA, ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards and specifications.
  • Design and optimize tools, jigs, and fixtures for the manufacturing and assembly of engine components to enhance production efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with international employees as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Assessment of non-conformities related to aero engine components
  • Work provided on components for engine, especially reservoir/tanks, etc.
  • Participate in the validation of the products using such methods as testing and DFMEA
  • Define technical solutions to eliminate non-conformities on products (request for drawing change, process optimization, etc.)
