- Experience working with geographically diverse teams preferred, but not required
- Bachelor's degree from an excellent academic program
- Provide excellent experience for both PDTers and guests in London office
- Proactively anticipate and address office needs, including health and safety
- Own event planning from start to finish
- With precision, reliability, and promptness, perform an array of administrative work (including scheduling, answering emails and calls, planning & setting up events, preparing expense reports and arranging travel)
- Constantly improve administrative and operational efficiency
- Track and ensure adherence to office budget
- Handle all office-wide ordering: supplies, food, catering, etc
- Facilitate aspects of the Intern hiring program for the London Office
- Organize and engage in our philanthropic efforts based in London
