Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in advanced multimedia, graphic design and Web design is desirable
  • 3 – 5-years demonstrated experience with programs including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro

  • Strong PC/Mac skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience developing and managing web content
  • Able to communicate effectively both in written and verbal forms

  • Keen attention to detail in evaluating layout, typography, and strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated project management and organisational skills including the ability to coordinate communication tasks across a number of areas within the organisation
  • Strong business partner with the ability to understand objectives and communication briefs and turn these into creative design concepts and assets
  • Ability to handle competing priorities to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, while also managing tasks and deadlines autonomously
  • Customer service oriented with great interested party management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager, Brand & Creative, the SVP Global Communications & Brand, the Creative Centre of Excellence and Corporate Communications and Regional Communications teams to design creative and digital content to support the delivery of internal and external corporate communications and collateral.
  • Create original stock of Aristocrat imagery and assets and manage an online photography and video library.
  • Maintain and support market-leading and creative design solutions for internal and external audiences.
  • Work closely with the broader Global Communications & Brand team to develop core corporate brand imagery, PowerPoint presentations, internal e-newsletter layout and digital content including photography and video.
  • Provide creative support and business partnering to internal Group functions such as the P&C, Sustainability, Investor Relations and Finance teams and other teams across EMEA.
  • Ensure all internal and external presentations and creative collateral are on brand and created within budget.
  • Experience with upholding brand guidelines and internal processes and procedures.
  • Work with the Global Communications & Brand team to develop and implement creative content to support internal communications campaigns to inform and further drive employee engagement.
  • Keep up to date on the latest developments in the design industry.
  • Develop content for the Aristocrat corporate website and the Ally SharePoint homepage.
  • Monitor online activity and turn insights into actions to improve website and intranet site traction.
  • Create content and manage the content calendar for Aristocrat’s digital screens across the globe.
  • Strong Photography skills - create original stock of Aristocrat imagery and assets and manage Aristocrat’s central group photography and video library.
  • Storyboard, capture and edit video content and partner with the BU Marketing Creative teams to create/edit enterprise/BU videos.
  • Designing motion graphic video elements and visual effects to support communications campaigns will be a plus.
  • Ensures themselves and colleagues abide by OHS regulations for their work site.
  • Demonstrates OHS practices including OHS reporting.
  • Proactively approach OHS with positive lead indicators.
  • Participates and engages in all elements of the Aristocrat Due Diligence framework.
  • Zero compliance breaches.

Aristocrat acquires Gaming Analytics to add AI-driven casino data tools to its portfolio

Aristocrat Leisure has acquired Gaming Analytics, a US-based provider of AI-driven casino data tools, for an undisclosed amount. The San Francisco-headquartered company specialises in real-time player analytics, slot optimisation and marketing automation software that integrates with existing casino management systems. Gaming Analytics employs over 30 professionals across the United States, Spain, India and Canada. Founder and chief executive Kiran Brahmandam has joined Aristocrat as managing director of gaming analytics. The company will continue supporting existing customers without disruption. The acquisition strengthens the Australia-listed slot machine maker's position in land-based gaming analytics, adding an AI layer to its ecosystem. The technology aims to help casino operators improve player tracking and deliver more targeted marketing through real-time data collection and personalised engagement tools.
