Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with the following technologies: Cisco, Avaya, VMware, Microsoft, Servers, Back-up Technologies
  • Microsoft 365 or Azure certifications highly desired
  • Prior information technology or system administration experience preferred
  • Familiarity with PC hardware, office environment or point-of-sale experience a plus
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols, platforms, and hardware technologies
  • Strong knowledge and aptitude on Microsoft suite of applications and associated technologies
  • High energy, team first mindset with a learner's aptitude
  • Attention to detail, demonstrates an ability to document, follow, and enforce standards across our IT platforms
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point-of-contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or in person
  • Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by end-users
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Collaborate with network engineers and security team on complex issues
  • Define, document, and enforce system standards
  • Complete project work, on-time, on-budget and within spec
