- Develop interfaces to logistics partners, electronic data interchange systems, and subsystems such as customer relationship management systems, web portals, and Microsoft Business Central.
- Ensure stable end-to-end process flows and coordinate international alignment meetings.
- Manage change requests in sales, procurement, supply chain, and service.
- Introduce new functions and automation approaches, including artificial-intelligence-based improvements, into the SAP system landscape.
- Continuously optimize processes.
- Act as the central contact for business departments and key users on process-related topics.
- Create and maintain relevant documentation.
- Support incident management in cooperation with the external first-level support provider.
- Experience in global implementation or rollout projects.
