Responsibilities
  • Represent bswift technology and benefits administration products and services to prospective channel partner distributors.
  • Cultivate productive and influential relationships with channel partners and prospects, and consultants/brokers.
  • Establish prospect sales strategies and lead RFP responses.
  • Lead internal team meeting preparation for external sales efforts, and all stages of prospect meetings.
  • Develop and execute assigned vertical sales/growth strategy; proactively prospect in assigned area of focus.
  • Establish a market presence in assigned area of focus by participating in select market forums, collaborating with bswift peers, and cultivating market relationships.
  • Negotiate initial sales contracts and letters of intent to execution.
  • Manage complex negotiations and position products, rate levels, and expanded product portfolios to increase sales and maximize revenue.
  • Identify various ways to partner with the channel partner by drawing from entire spectrum of product line.
  • Gain understanding of channel partner prospect’s multifaceted needs and recommend appropriate benefits from bswift's full product array of enrollment technology and service capabilities.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of channel partner prospects.
  • Provide effective presentations to all external and internal constituents.
