Requirements
  • Integrated production experience and/or AV production for creative agencies
  • Solid understanding of AV, network and product production, best practices and best in class partners
  • A background in getting hands-on when it comes to installations and has some experience in installing AV and network rack servers
  • Proven success in delivering current generation AV technology and how this technology applies to a client’s business
  • Demonstrated conceptual and strategic thinking with innovative technology
  • Strong understanding of financial software
  • Knowledgeable about project management tools
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Cloud-based applications and other collaboration tools
  • Results-focused with the ability to multi-task and prioritize within a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and functional areas, agency-wide, on multiple projects – i.e. a real team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and electronically

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the logistics and production of systems in various tech-based fields such as 3D or web-based applications, hybrid AV installations, or mobile devices for AR or VR engagements
  • Support clients with their C-Suite sessions by explaining key components about innovative technology and why the solutions demonstrated are the best in its class
  • Support Business Leads with scoping for all AV and interactive technology requirements within new projects, focusing on the use of people’s time
  • Guide and evolve creative ideas based on production's influence on audience insights, strategy, media, and analytics
  • Define the technical approach in partnership with the Creative Technology team
  • Maintain relations with the best AV vendors and present the best vendors for each project to the creative teams
  • Provide different cost options on AV-based events in the UK and Europe
  • Outline project goals, deliverables, budget, and schedule in project documentation
  • Lead teams through the production process with strong communication between creatives, technologists, strategy, account services, compliance team, and vendors
  • Own overall responsibility for production of projects including creative technology, web sites, online media, mobile apps, digital out of home, interactive AV installations, motion graphics, and mobile network technology
  • Provide high-level onsite service to clients for permanent innovation centers and venues in central London
  • Maintain equipment in centers to operate effectively over long periods by coordinating tasks for venue technologists
  • Take management responsibility for any direct freelance reports and keep progress on track
  • Deliver the best, most talked-about experiences that are creative, on time, and in budget
