The TM & OD Advisor is responsible for designing, developing, and managing engaging online learning experiences across multiple platforms. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to create high-quality e-learning content and ensuring the effective operation and enhancement of learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools.

• Salary range  005: Salary range  005: 82 600$ to 103 200$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)

What’s involved in this role: 

The TM & OD Advisor is responsible for designing, developing, and managing engaging online learning experiences across multiple platforms. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to create high-quality e-learning content and ensuring the effective operation and enhancement of learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools.

• Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using various authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).

• Work with external vendors to develop specific learning contents.

• Provide training and support to users on navigating learning platforms and accessing e-learning resources, addressing any technical issues that arise.

• Oversee and manage multiple learning platforms, including Skillsoft, B-Vision, Mentorat, and Growthspace.

• Monitor and analyze learning data to assess course effectiveness and learner engagement; prepare reports to inform stakeholders and guide future development.

What you need to join our team:  

• Bachelor’s degree in educational technology, instructional Design, e-Learning, media, education or a related field required.

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in e-learning development, instructional design, or related area required.

• Bi-lingual French and English.

•  Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
