  • Degree or post-secondary education in education, organizational behaviour, human resources, or a related field
  • 3+ years' experience in corporate training and training design in the retail industry
  • 2+ years of demonstrated proficiency in working with online course authoring tools
  • Extensive hands-on instructional design methodology experience
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • End-to-end course development experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Leading the design, development, and implementation of engaging curriculum
  • Crafting versatile, multi-medium (i.e., blended) learning offerings
  • Leveraging knowledge of learning intake to consult and advise on learning solutions
  • Developing and implementing evaluation criteria that measures learning and performance effectiveness
  • Improving learning programs continually based on evaluation feedback
  • Staying current on learning and development trends
  • Collaborating with members of the People and Culture Talent Team and cross-functional partners
  • Delivering instructor-led training from Core Programs offerings
