Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical engineering or related field
  • 1 year of experience with production of complex hardware, preferably space hardware
  • Experience with PLM, MES, configuration and data management controls and systems
  • Experience working to AS9100 process and standards
  • Experience with space productions and complex assembly engineering
  • Experience building and producing classified hardware in SCIF’s or SAP facilities
  • Ability to maintain or obtain TS/SCI clearance
Responsibilities
  • Generate work plans, NCR’s (non-compliance reports), operations of production
  • Manage calibration and certification records of tools, MGSE and EGSE
  • Provide technical and engineering assistance to team of technicians
  • Complete process improvements to increase efficiency of production
  • Manage test equipment such as TVAC, Vibe, thermal chambers
  • Prepare and review procurement and process documentation for production processes
  • Generate work schedules and managing workload for technician team
  • Create spacecraft assembly kits for rapid production
