Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience are required.
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in audiovisual operations, information technology support, or VTC administration is required.
  • The candidate must hold or be able to meet Department of Defense 8140 Information Assurance Technical Level II compliance or higher.
  • The candidate must hold a Security+ certification.
  • The candidate must have hands-on experience with Telepresence Management Suite, Cisco Meeting Server, CMM, VNC Viewer, Service Plus Ticketing System, and multi-vendor collaboration endpoints.
  • The candidate must have technical proficiency with AMX, Extron, Crestron, and Planar devices.
  • The candidate must possess a TS/SCI clearance and be able to obtain a Counterintelligence Polygraph.
Responsibilities
  • Actively monitor VTC sessions, hardware, and conferences using Cisco Telepresence Management Suite and Cisco Meeting Server to identify audio and video issues proactively.
  • Provide Tier I through Tier III support as the first responder for VTC issues, including immediate remote support through VNC Viewer or Telepresence Management Suite remote control and in-person technical assistance when required.
  • Use the Service Plus ticketing system to maintain accountability for problems and resolutions, identify trends, and recommend system improvements.
  • Schedule and manage local and remote audiovisual and VTC events, including reservations of physical room space across NCE Campus East and West.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts for NGA conference rooms across multiple networks.
  • Schedule Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System VTCs for external agencies using the integrated JWICS scheduling system.
  • Assist customers with recording VTC sessions as needed.
  • Perform new hardware installations, implement software and firmware upgrades, and modify existing setups across multiple vendor models of collaboration endpoints.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex or out-of-scope issues.
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation, including step-by-step troubleshooting guides, for varying levels of support staff.
